You’ll never guess what showed up at our school on Monday — four baby goats! We are getting to keep them for a week which means two more days! We set a pen up for them in the corner of the school. They are so much fun. We made lots of stuff for them — two sleeping boxes, a hay box, a trough, some logs to climb on and a stool to get on to the table which they like to play on. I’ve really been enjoying taking care of them.
We also went on some cool field trips. On Monday we went to the recycling center and the landfill but I didn’t get to go to the landfill because I had a doctor’s appointment. On Tuesday we went to the main library. Today we went to the Cable Car Museum and built cardboard houses back at the school afterwards.
I should probably mention that we’re in the midst of an “Arc” studying cities. I’ll explain more about what that means later — so stay tuned!
