Some of you know Chewy, my guinea pig. I’ve had him since my birthday, and since then we have known that guinea pigs like friends. We haven’t been able to get him until now… we got Chewy a friend on 9/16 and we named him Wookie. Wookie is about half the size of Chewy when he’s not stretched out. We were told that he’s just under six months old. Wookie is taupe with spots of white and caramel. Wookie has tufts all over and he likes to hop all over the place.
When we first got wookie we separated the pen with a gate and Chewy was definitely acting aggressive. Here’s a video of their first encounter. After a week Chewie started to calm down so we took the divider out. Two week later (now) the guinea pigs have gotten closer and are becoming friends. :)
